Chef Ming's rotating weekly menu highlights ingredients from local farms and the freshest fish in Naples — captivating both locals and visitors alike.

Our menu showcases a commitment to freshness and sustainability. We work closely with local farms and fishermen to bring you the best seasonal ingredients and catch-of-the-day seafood: mushrooms from Care2Grow, arugula from Inyoni Organic Farm, smoked mullet spread from The Fisherman's Daughter, and fish from local fisherman Dilly's Fish Co., often caught just the day before it hits your table.

We recommend ordering one of each dish off the menu and allowing Diego to pair each with the perfect wine. And don't skip dessert — Chef Bryan's signature "primal" ice cream and weekly baked goods by Anna are the natural way to end the evening.
